And red dots are point good for the latter

I personally strongly disagree with that

How good the sight of a gun is definitely matters

And whilst iron sight and red dot are both usable for grau, the red dot is significantly better

And that difference is more than some additional bsa or some additional mobility

Esepcially considering how aiming and aim assist works in this game, red dots give you way better aim

And that improvement outweighs some 10% bsa bonus
