2 things.

1. it's basically impossible to get most of your nukes from ranked unless you literally don't play pubs
2. ranked nukes aren't exactly a great testimony of how good you are. Especially with sbmm, the better you are, the harder your lobbies. getting ranked nukes means you either don't play enough or don't perform cosistently enough for the game to think you're a strong player, and so it places you in weaker lobbies. Legendary lobbies vary from literal nubs to world ranked rn afterall

I think that's what they are working on right now. They know for a fact that the game will fail if it isn't playable on 90% of the devices. They will make the game slightly playable just to give the mid rangers a sliver of hope.

Apex legends mobile failed because it was a shit game from the very start, the graphics were bad, the performance sucked on any device that wasn't a flagship powerhouse. The PC version was miles and miles better and I am not even comparing the base game itself. You need a 1000 dollar to run the game on 60 fps and at that point you can just get a console or a decently strong PC.
