Start with using no attachments in highrise and just camp at your spawn and snipe enemies at other spawn. Also for both splinter and jungle camo you need to grind headshots, headshot is 1 tap with na45. So try to get headshots everytime. Once reptile is done, use this build:
Operator fg, high explosive mag, steady stock, soh, tac suppressor/compensator

Also for splinter you headshots in long shot range
