It makes sense using it for chopper,Chopper takes quite a few shots to kill enemy it’s not like a switchblade where it can kill in like 3 taps. So disable can make sure enemy don’t run. Fmj is also good but just for wallbangs ofc disable is more consistent

You should use chopper in hp/Dom if you learn to play anchor you can use chopper
