Rustle has slower ads speed by one frame (16.66 milliseconds) and is faster stf by one frame. Rustle only offers ads speed though.

Firm tape has faster ads speed by one frame but slower stf by one frame compared to rustle. So honestly 1 frame is super unnoticeable. Firm tape offers ads speed AND gives high flinch which can be useful especially since your getting it for free.

So in simplicity: firm tape is better because it offers more for less#

same with switch (unless u already do so)
