Sorry to inform you, but it doesn't do jack-squat. This is a myth in CODM that players derived from Warzone. There are many skins like this, and they don't "blend in" either. The way colors work in codm is different from how they work in warzone.
If you want a skin that's hard to distinguish, pick Golem - Everglade, as it's bugged, and the red lights on his shoulder aren't visible when an enemy uses him. As for the "you're not good enough to understand", no comments there, it's so dumb to use that as a logical argument and in fact, makes you look ignorant.

Go to basic settings, scroll down to "slide options". Change it from "tap to slide" to "hold to slide", play shipment (bot matches), run towards the bot and before you attack, press the crouch button so you'll crouch and be in distance to attack, also use skulker. For ballistic knife you can just crouch and shoot it cus it still counts
