it is of negligible significance if we're speaking in terms of close quarter combat. bullet spread only comes into play when you're picking long range fights. lower bullet spread accuracy means you'll miss long range shots and the bullet won't exactly hit where the crosshair shows it'll hit.

Update!! It's not a bug, I just realised. If you see it says: Extra Challenge, can only be obtained 3 times per year, 3/3 medals. It means you can only complete 3 of these medals once every year. It looks complicated to be honest but yeah it seems you already claimed the 3 medals from that task. Only thing you have to do now is keep pushing legendary each season.
