Well if you specifically look into chapter 6, Arthur and Dutch never had a conversation together where Arthur should have given him space the very least for him to mourn and grieve for Hosea and everyone else. Arthur was the only one who could've prevented it by just talking to Dutch. In every mission, we see Arthur always saying no Dutch this is wrong, we were not like this but he never told him what better could he have done there.
