Ok so my leading theory is that snakepy is an evolution to caramel oui which was also in this drop.
Snakepy is like a fusion evolution like shelder and slowpoke;
Caramel oui gets eaten by "snake" because caramel apples are yummy, and then the ouioui evolves into a peepy but the caramel apple was eaten by the snake so it doesnt get the peepy peanut shape.
Which explains why the peepy part of snakepy is so weirdly... tubular...
It's strength is being eaten and it's psychic is having a near death experience which is when the ouioui gets eaten and evolves into a snakepy! The snake and the peepy now have a simbiotic relationship!
