The main thing about Shurka signature weapon is that it provides Shukra enough signal orbs to do multiple rotations, but that's also locked behind weapon resonance skills

Getting access to Matrix won't benefit you as much when you still don't have enough signal orbs to do multiple rotations, I can do Shukra rotation at least once without her signature weapon and that's already good enough for me
