if i cant find good job after getting the diploma
iam gonna work for companys
they dont need diploma right?
Most artists don't have a diploma, most jobs don't ask for a diploma but it does depend where your at and what art job your going for. Honestly art isn't like the best plan B it's not that secure and has alot of competition
Which
Isnt learning fun tho?
I mean like I didn't know how to respond at first to this but yeah now I do, uh it's sorta like why not have fun and take advices not as criticism but just another new thing to try out next time? Atleast I do that
oke
oh and iam praticing in school too
but the drawings kinda bad
beacuse iam not traditional drawer for now
Nicee
Maybe you're drawing too much.
Without any meaning
What I do is that I only draw when I'm with the urge to draw
Take a break and do something fun
Then when you want to you can always come back.
Like I still say that "man I should practice" and then I do but for the most I only draw when I want to draw
after i learn anotomy iam gonna draw my own oc
random things i did drawed in school
dont take it seriously
and dont yap(tell) about the wrongs
Actually you're better than me
uh
best arts i made (old ones but not that old but i made months ago so yeah and everyone did see the art but i wanna send again) :
how to draw hairs in persective?
Uh well if you group the hair into shapes, then thought of that in perspective would make it easier to imagine. Also hairline following perspective is also very uh important
When I mean "into shapes" I don't mean regular shapes that we have practiced but like more of randomer different shapes, what ever the hair has been grouped to
u
uh
oke
and
i can draw hands
i drawing the hand as a box and the fingers are cylinders
Cool
Don’t think of it as hair, think of it as a helmet almost
Like
Solid object first, then you can worry about strands
Also learning the details of where the hairline falls on the head will help
So that when you shift the angle, you still know where the hairline needs to be
Another tip that helped me: Think of it like starting on a big blank stone of marble and chiseling away. Every “chisel” makes a shadow.
When you put your pencil on paper, you are chiseling the block
Creating shadow
Big shapes big shapes first then you get into the details
The process is the same for sculpting and drawing and that’s how they overlap and how they learn off one another
Drawing is just a 2D representation of 3D sculpting 💯
(Traditional drawing anyway, when you get into things like cartoons that occasionally break those rules, different conversation, learn the rules before you break them)
ok
@fallen abyss Im a Jojo fan too!
ok cool
The reason i got a bit excited is there literally so less jojo fans in my country
i cant draw body
iam placing blocks and shit beacuse iam fucking in minecraft
iam placing blocks and shit beacuse iam fucking in minecraft
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
MYYY GOD
IS THAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT
FUGGIN PIG
Let’s stick to art bro
what
i think you posted this in wrong chat
lol
The head proportions are off, elongated horizontal chin, high set jaw with no end curve. That kind of stuff
Haha true
It's good, you still gotta learn face anatomy and all we haven't started it so I don't really expect you to know all that rn
Head anatomy is crazy hard lol
BG got banned for no reason
Just out of nowhere?
yes
and iam bg
i asked to staffs
they saying i left the server
theres no this saying in logs "Bg Was banned beacuse ......."
discord have a problem
Why did we as a community just pick this one dude to help.

and iam thinking
should i take a break from scripting
and come back to drawing?
hm
iam gonna do that
iam not drawing things like weeks
the rest of the hand is too small compared to the fingers
oh oke
for a bit more context on how the refrence perspective is working , yk how we learnt that planes closer the camera will be bigger somewhat similar thing here but with the whole shapes itself. The hands closer to the camera so its bigger as you can see its bigger then the head or as big as the head
in yours it looks the same size
like it looks like nothing changed
i feel like you do this thing where you start trying to draw the texure instead of the shape, the hair is definetly a example.
try and think of the shapes of the hair and do it like that
also make the eyes bigger but let the iris be the same size it is right now
@misty briar hey if you have problems drilling how to draw anatomy into your head (like i do), you should definitely study this book by michael hampton, someone here sent it to me long time ago, and its been helping me ever since, practicing will always help, but it is slow, and the best way to speed things is to study the topic, hope this helps!
Actually its better to search "michael hampton figure drawing design" on google instead, as Internet Archive has been going offline alot for some reason
Fix the face
Drawing ain’t easy bro
It’s supposed to be hard.
It gets easier
With practice
If you’re not gonna do the hard stuff now, it’s gonna stay hard
Been there beffore, one Lil tip is to draw the eyes together. One sec it's gonna send just made a tutorial to make it easier
Doing this is easier for me, then that so yeah
oh
ok
thanks
3 months later everbody in this server gonna be in this chat i think
What do you wanna do?
Rn I think your observation skills need to be better, but that needs practice which your doing rn
Train ur eyes to imagine how to draw the refrence, simplify the shapes in your head
See how perspective works irl, like you probably have a object in your house you can hold rotate and move it arround and see how things go into perspective
Heads aren't much different everything follows the same rules
Keep practicing and observing, you will get better
you cant just go for characters straight away, and expect it to not be hard, characters are probably the hardest thing to draw, i suggest try to do basic stuff first, like objects or buildings, to get a hang of perspective
If in all those 100 drawing your learning something new and geting the hang of perspective a bit better, I would say 50 is all you need it depends upon how well you do and learn
Do you wanna do the really hard head drawing? Harder the more results you will get
But it needs to still be doable so if you cant then it's probably my fault for recommending it too early
This is a good way to remember body proportions at first, but to improve (in my opinion), you should go more with gut feelings and basic practise and understanding if the pose( if there is) but even now, when I face problems in my art I refer. to this
Also, you should focus on the 3 movable masses (the head, ribcage and pelivs)
I don't really have my sketchbook right now, so I'll just explain it best way I can
The head is a circle , the ribcage is an egg abd pelvis is just a cylinder. Don't rush at art. It will look bad at first but as you progress over the years, you will improve, even if you don't realise it.
Remember, if you feel like you haven't improved much over the years. Compare your new drawings with older ones.
Well if you decide to do it, then here: https://youtu.be/A6KMT4Potss?si=-wkxm_m2xWJG05Le
If it's too hard don't worry, practice makes perfect
A full tutorial guide on how to draw the original "Loomis method" head - from the front, from the side and in perspektive, including the guidelines for every perspective.
There's a also a little Step by step about drawing every perspective!
Have fun - drawin' like a Sir ✍

I’ve never understood this method
I’ve said this before, but I’ve just had an unholy amount of practice which gives me an instinct for proportions
Practice is the way to go
Look at real life references and start practicing from there.
Try and draw anime characters later. I know I sound like I’m here to kill the fun but I’m not.
Start by drawing irl faces by looking at references.
Use whatever method you’d like. Doesn’t matter
As long as you UNDERSTAND what you’re doing, and have full confidence in your skill and method
Be confident. Art is all about confidence too. No one says it
i dont think iam gonna leave some time for art
beacuse exams are started
and i need to study
so
uh
when exams end
iam gonna practice art
Bruh
I need help with My faces and Shading
I found a much much easier video XD https://youtu.be/u5TzIRjOua4?si=3wQKcmN2gsLl9RHb
Teaching the kids how to draw heads at different angles today. Give it all you got! It’s difficult to start, but you’ll get it relatively quickly if you keep at it. Proud of you

from the screen to the ring to the pen to the king (roblox sword effect) wheres my crown thats my bling always drama when i ring 🤑
why the fuck iam just goofying around
????
Lol happens to mee too tbh, best advice is to remind yourself you can do it and start doing it so you actually accttuallyy can do it
breh
NO WAY
I REALLY DRAWED THIS SUPER FAST
I WATCHED THE VIDEO RILLET SEND
AND I CAN DRAW HEAD EASILY
DAMN
also you gonna think why iam drawing now (beacuse like iam drawing rarily) beacuse i got banned from roblox and i cant do scripting so i got bored and i want to draw and
iam mastering drawing heads
try to flip the canvas to see if you doing it right
That's really a improvement compared to past drawings good job keep going at it
Btw a little tip,
Drawing is kinda way too ez if you use ez methods lol
You can actually cheat faces even more, so like see how the ear starting is right in the middle of the side view face? This just means if you draw a box in that same perspective view and add a line in the side plain of that, it's basically the jaw and ear positioning
i already know wheres the ears are
oh
and
iam gonna send my drawings that i drawed on a paper
i cant send
The ears are supposed to be more of over here in that angle
I also suck at ears but idk I thought I would share this
Ears and jaw are something your struggling with rn, I don't think you realise it tho
oh ok
BTW I HAVE A IMPORTANT QUESTION!! THIS WILL DETERMINE EVERYTHING, unlimited bacon or no games or games UNLIMITED GAMES or no games.
Unlimited games
why would someone choose no games
oh and
iam not gonna go to school for 9 days (its for the schools in my country)
Oh cool
That's pretty cool
This looks really cool
You wanna learn how to?
So basically look at the big shapes, like don't look at texture or little stuff, I'm guessing your drawing more of dragon ball kinda hair right?
idk
Well either way only dif is gravity anyway
Look at the big shapes and let the hair groups have variety
big shapes?
Don't draw all same size and width
oh
Yeah, so yk we can sorta simplify hair into shapes these shapes depend on hair and hairsttle
Hairstyle
hm
oh
and i need to make diffirent positions?
Yeah you can
hmm
oke
try this first https://youtu.be/O1Aye4wzhNs?si=acQ44loXb1N6u8kV

Here’s smth for people who need help with anatomy
Most useful thing since the pencil
oh
Oh?
yes
looks good! keep up the progress
i have proplem with drawing legs
What problems do you have?
Except of drawing like slowly not knowing where what's gonna be, try this draw the circles first then the cylinder
Actually tho do this for everything it will also make your line art better. You should plan out whats the next stroke as your drawing
Legs curve
yes
If you look, the front of the thigh curves, and the back is straight, and the back of the shin is curved, and the front is straight
