I know somebody that remain without chars on all accounts, but its email got hacked. After recovering of email when he entered he had no chars anymore on accounts. This happend 3, 4 weeks a go. He send fast a ticket but got no response till now. You got hacked, maybe some other way. Send a ticket, maybe you are lucky of somebody to care enough to check what happend.

GF should really reconsider the hackshieldprovider for M2. This one has an insane high rate of false positives in banwaves. The requests on the tickets aren´t subsequently controlled manually - since the answer is always an automated and it would also add more work for the GMs which are doing the work for free. So unless it hits a big youtuber you´re fine with it. Maybe you remove the ban in few years, maybe not. Had one acc false positively banned from the server in 2019, which was miraculously unabnned without any notification sometimes between 2019 and nowdays. But meanwhile other acounts were offline 2 of them got redbar banned in those 3 years where they were completely offline. Comparing this autoban system and HS to other games or even P-servers this one is a complete joke.

an opinion I think good why not put captcha solver in the client game when play as after an hour ... for example how is google recaptcha or captcha created from nrpc uriel blacksmith etc .And in the captcha to be the authenticator
when you're in the game .for example choose blacksmith 3 of each and random codes in numbers 3x one of each blacksmith otherwise the others and be at least 50 codes and so on with the other nrpc
and get rid of hackers

I dont think that is supposed to be repaired.

The issue was when you were actually logged in enchanted forest, after 10 mins if you tried to respawn or enter jotun dungeon or swap char or channel, you would get kicked.

What ive seen more leggit players are affected by the red bar than scripters. just look that champion accounts are getting redbarred while the scripters are laughing at us in the underground.

Although Gameforge previously said that there is no problem with cheatblocker, it works 100% correctly, it took a step back. When the accounts were reopened, the costumes expired and the pets were dead. It was not even compensated. We say again that "this system is not working properly". For things that will not be compensated later, we just want to convey this to Gameforge, both as a player and as a customer. You say discord rules and delete our messages. Will the trade area issues be resolved? The game freezes unbelievably, we can't even walk for 5 minutes in the market area. In the past, there was a much nicer market system, we could set up in the village and roam comfortably in the market. Also, beran setao needs to fire at level 120 characters. After the hydra update, the number of farms we can do has decreased, at least if such an improvement can be made for the Blue Dragon, our farm variety will increase.
