I actually also had an issue with a quest on berilia I didn't had on any other server.
I couldn't finish the "Go find an experience warrior" quest on level 1.

Even though i took the quest 2 times, both failed/ were unable to complete. Even though I were basically standing right next to them. The quest wouldnt finish.

Start on Europe server if you like the game and you want to play somewhat normal. The person in charge of the server is doing a good job and he removes bots when you report them here on discord (UK channel). The server is very clean compare with many others.

I now prefer to invest my money in Metin2 Brazil, or Singapore, or the one big P-Server, because i find more quality, no bots and more fun with the game than here..

I contacted the Gameforge team via ticket, they say that I have been banned due to the error "The game is not available for you at the moment"
I shared with them that my profession is architecture and that there are applications (Autocad, 3dsMax, Sketchup, Google Ch., Micr.Edge, Outlook etc.) open in the background. But they accuse me of using bots.This is not possible!
I told them that they made a mistake and that they should review my account, computer and game logs. But they never listened to me.
After all, this is a trade and I cannot log into my account unfairly. I will solve this process legally with my computer, my messages with the GF team, and my lawyer. I'm sorry we've been made to feel so worthless as contributors to this game.
