@mossy wadi the game isn't even running fluently or properly, the only reason it is kept alive is because it is somehow a cashcow for gameforge. if it wasn't for that, they would've quit support ages ago don't get me wrong, I do understand that, since gameforge hasn't launched a single playable game besides metin, which basically means that they NEED this game to be a financial stable company and pay their workers.

For safety of mental health one should chose from actually playing the game or complaining about the game. You cant do both and feel good. You either take it as it is, with all the down sides or skip it entirely to limit disappointment and frustration in your life.

I already tried last year many times...and they only said that they banned all the accounts for good and for real reasons. Why to choose to cheat playing the game when I merged all my accounts into a single mmogame account on their website. And even that, not all my accounts were banned, that means the chat locker it was missing around with me. I understand that the waiting time is longer than expected, but please have a bit more patience. It's harsh but think about that those accounts were, basically, lost in first phase.

The reason of why compensations were thinked as they were is because there should be considered multiple factors in the same time, and the 2 most important ones are that there is actually a compensation but at the same time it will not break the balance ingame. While you might see it as an unfair compensation because you have been blocked for a longer period of time, others might see it as too much, having in mind that they don't get anything. So, please, have a bit more understanding on things which are affecting the entire community and not only yourself. Thank you 🙂

No. Unfortunatelly the unbans cannot happen before update. I got your point also but you also need to understand that this unbanning and issue was not something planned, so, beside the issues themselves, we have to follow our roadmap

this is why the update needs to happen when it was planned, and not be postponed

Another thing, botters right now are the worst problem in Metin2, and clearly GM's dont really bother looking for them and players dont even care about reporting them anymore (there's always botters in the same exact spot and they are always chilvaric which means they've been there for days) how about u guys "motivate" your teammembers to actually look in the spots where the botters always are, or give some kind of reward to players that report actual botters?

Metin2 is no longer the same exciting game that it was before a few years ago, its cardboard updates do not hype, they only create new servers and do not focus on what a player really needs, now there are more bots than players.

sorry, but I cannot address this issue as being a global issue. Botters were always an issue, here I agree with you, sure, but having it as team from x community needs to check z spot, unfortunatelly, needs to be addressed to that community by ticket or other means, provided by that community. On global scale of the bot-hunting, I can assure you that each and every local team (community) is working on getting rid of them from the servers, even if you cannot see it. At this point there is no secret anymore that if you block one, other will appear there minutes later, so, yes; it was, is and will be a fight which will never end. I do hope that one day we can be botfree, but, as you know, nobody can as long as there will be a request for 😉
Same thing happends and I always asked my community: why are there viruses when we have antiviruses 🙂

beside being a game, same as ANY other game, it needs to develop on both company AND player's wishes. Even some things may be wrong in your eyes, it doesn't mean they are wrong in all player's eyes. As I said it a bit earlier, you need to see this as a community view and not only for yourself. Sure, there might be things that more players than usual don;t like, but that does not mean that other won't like it. If you find a system useless, other player might fight a benefit having it.

Also, the "polish coma" as you said, has said exact same words as I said, as a RO coma: you are cheaters. That was the reasons we got from the people who managed those bans and that was the reason we had to forward. We did apologized for that, if you missed the board post, please check it out.
We stated from beginning that those sanctions were not issued by CM department and is above our decisions, so, as everywhere else; what is above your head you need to follow. That doesn't mean that we have not forwarded, even if we gave you x answer, your concerns.

A few days ago, we announced that we started a thorough investigation looking into the latest Cheatblocker updates after receiving an increased amount of feedback from our communities regarding potential false positives in the latest ban wave.

While reviewing the results, we noticed a few irregularities in specific cases that required further testing. We immediately stopped system and removed all pending bans from the queue. The process was complex and took a lot of effort – some of our colleagues worked on this continuously for over 40 hours – but we finally managed to reproduce a false positive in order to verify some of the claims and be able to take further actions. Although vast majority of bans have been verified as correct, re-checking every single one would have taken too long and we wanted to avoid locking out affected players for an extended period of time. Consequently, we decided to remove all bans and associated strikes that resulted from the latest Cheatblocker updates, dating back to December 2020.
