Yes. I have something to say about this: did you get external software thingy in the ban motivation?

Cause I checked myself the west cluster ban list and no CB ban found since 16.03.2021 so, during the night, non automated ban given by cheatblocker so far.

So, as we actually announced yesterday, the CB auto ban system was stopped at all in every cluster and server.

So, if you got banned, it is not about Cheatblicker anymore.

Request that your account be converted back to a "normal" account. And they do. Ask to be "unlinked" from steam, and your account will be the same but you will be able to see the items that you do not see in the store

Personally, I don't care of compensations. I sent them almost 10 emails about this problem, never answered. They showed us a huge lack of respect, map1 looks like a cemetery due to this shop map, anyway. I wonder what they will give us, but I just want to see that account, don't know how much I will play again. They have to see and respect players opinion from forums, not blocking them. Is a 12 years old game(or smth like that), this game can live more in graphic too, especially landscapes and the light. Eu am achizitionat un cont plata fiind in woni. Respectivul mi-a oferit contul, a scos autentificarea 2 factori,
mi-am adaugat autoidentificarea mea, adresa mea de email si o noua parola.
A doua zi baiatul a schimbat emailul la cont iar eu avand contul pe autoidentificarea mea nu a avut acces la el.
Dupa 2 zile am reusit sa-l fac sa-mi acorde inapoi contul pe email-ul meu iar eu inca detin contul pe autoidentificator.
Mi-am luat itm de pe cont pentru ca el ar fi trebuit sa fie al meu dar individul a avut tentativa de teapa.
In paralel eu facand si bijnita din cate se poate vedea in LOG-uri.
Detinand pe cont o avere de 800w cash si itm la vanzare in valoare de 600-700w.

i guess gameforge needs a new anticheat, i can help with a serverside protection for free to block every speed, damage etc. it does not require update because it is serverside, good bye to hacks forever except normal bot features like running around, attacking to mob like normal player. just block hacks pls :/ @raven gust

if thats the case understandable but if they want to block cheats, anticheat is risk free to try because it is serverside and they can check everything inside it, that will help to everyone also like i said it cannot block normal bot features like walk around/attack to mobs like normal players, it only blocks things give advantage like speed hacks, damage hacks which ruin the game

Is not true. In my opinion, players can farm legit upgrades, they don't need bots to farm for them. The game can be played well without stacks of 200 I don't know upgrade(surely are you thinking about upgrades farmed by bots), and if you play almost daily, is not hard to buy a glove for a while. And when you can drop gloves, with 2 gloves(one from site), you can farm well enough. You can use it on a smaller charactrer too. Sure, if you really want to invest a little. Indeed that they got some big prices for some things, but the glove still got a acceptable price.
