I did so while my gm 3 says it gives 19.1% I am taking 28% reaching 66% critical ( my crit is 38%) . during m8 it had like 15.2% bonus but I was reaching 61% . so based on math it should have a bonus of 45-50% if flat numbers doesn't exist

based on those in P it should provide a bonus of 36-38% if I have 124 int as now

I can talk about my experience. I was playing around 2015, I played for like 8 years this game. In 2024 i restart playing but the bot problem is a freaking real thing. Too hard to play expecially on low levels. Now i am again at lvl 65, and the game its like fine, ma the bots are and always will be a big problem for this game. If new players or old players, return nowadays, they will drop the game in the first 15 minutes due to bot. The bot are killing the game, and the GMs doesn’t do anything for it. It’s sad.

1. if someone scam you, support won't help you because you do it on your own risk of trusting others
2. if you trade with someone that used bot to gain the won they will trade with you and somehow the person will be banned support may or may not connect you as you traded aswell

but if you think someone is legit (base on the lvl etc) you can trade, but still keep in mind it's internet, people here shouldn't be trusted :p

not sure about prices on your server but for progression you need items with element resistances for example you can even lvl in spider dungeon v2/v3 if you have ~90% fire resistance
but well metin2 isn't just about lvl up, you need to farm too so it's good to stay on some level stages to earn the yang to push forward, because you'll end up with for example lvl 75 with no money for eq and no places to farm because too high lvl for the earlier stages

i did a ticket this morning, received the response of "we're fighting against bots and hackers", it is now 5PM and the bots are still there on every channel, killing all the mobs and metins in the map, making it impossible to participate in the mount drop event

with the starting eq you should exp/farm on map 2, not sure about bots situation on your server, here where i'm playing it's plague of them and the gameplay is impossible, once you get in to 30 lv range you can buy pickaxe and mine heaven tear ore (best move is to make "wife" shaman and mine on 2 characters) then just by minning earn for better gear

on Europe server finish product of heaven tear is 9mil (9kk) each

3 skills is max what you can get while opening a pet (not include monkeys and spiders),
Pets like Nessie I think always have 3 skills

And there are 2 "schools" of pet-care:

1. you open the egg in hunt for type 6 but with good starting stats
2. you open any type of pet but with good starting stats

Either way!!!! You hold them for 800 days (801 to be sure) and start to exp them to min max them and have a good pet to use or sell.

The difference between type 6 and type 1-5 is that you don't need invest in rolls later to actually roll type6.

So best scenario is to open a pet with type6 and good starting stats and hold it 800 days

Ofc you can exp even day 1, buuuuut if you wanna have lifetime pet then waiting before exp is the key

Rolling isn't bad too, because while rolling you can roll type 7 or 8

It's all about starting stats and the days you hold it

I know people who got full characters of pets lvl 1 and just feed them and after almost 3 years they are selling them 100-150w each

Once again it's not like we have one or two botters running around, we got such amount of bots that literally prevent players from lvl 1 to lvl 95 from playing your game - which is also investing in the game (like Item Shop).
Every inch of maps on every channel is full of them, it's impossible to find mob for mission, spot to farm, spot to exp, metin - in worst scenario if we are unlucky some day the bots randomly attack us while we mine the ores.
Once again I challenge any of you to create lvl 1 character and try to survive without anger, tilt and disappointment for lets say 15 min.
You are being silent as company, which is completly joke and not professional.
Your community managers "covering" your back saying you are working with it... In which way sorry?
I can understand the anticheat or other systems have to be provided from Webzen, but you as Gameforge can close the servers and let GMs actually work, because nowadays GMs on open servers are useless, they ban way slower and way less bots than the script is creating them.

Once again from community of open servers Gameforge... it's time to stand up and act. Be professional as company.

if you do it too fast the platfrom itself will "shadowban" you for like 24h, but you can have as many as you want
keep in mind that to participe to free Tombola you need at least 1 character per account that have done orc tooths biology mission

the boosted dmg by bells is well it jus is 😄 fans gives more magic damage and it's what matters

the time when you can consider swap in to bells is when you get good snake bell later on

it all depends what you do on that character, if you do metins/bosses then avg dmg zodiac bell is ideal, if you exp on foot then a good fan is the solution

i don't say it isn't complicated, but if you can't deal with them with anti-software (here it is on Webzen side) you as company that owns SERVERS can at least close them for registration of new accounts, so GMs could work actually for something, now even if they ban x accounts it doesn't change a thing

if you search deep the script these botters use is fully automatic from making account to sending items thru mailbox to "bank character" which also automatically set up shop with the alchemy they farm
it's so "advanced" yet Gameforge is blind and kinda deaf while we players ask for responsibility

you commited too much actions within the platform - too many attepnts of acc creation, spam the play button etc
it's called "shadow ban", isn't like ban, more like temporary block for 24-48h

funny it's protection against bots xD that doesn't work at all btw

you can close all from metin related, kill all processes of metin and gameforge in your task manager then go to your local folder and delete gameforge4d folder, then just re-open launcher and it should let you in

or there is a case that you got rly banned for something (it looks like the same on the launcher side) but then you should have the reason etc on your email

Will we have any statement about what you planning to do? Are you willing to help us, players on servers that YOU own?
we still can't play the game on the lvl range of 1-95, there is no free-of-bots map
we still can't farm, drop, exp, do missions from map1 thru grotto
the servers are doomed, channels full of bots, the bots kinda destroys economy, gameplay and kinda everything

the best is to collect items that you want to pick up from ground after turning autohunt off so not to bug it

1. Outdated technology or lack of will?
   Gameforge is a powerful company with massive profits. It is hard to believe that in 2026, you do not have the resources to stop this practice.

Where are your developers? Creating an effective Anti-Cheat system is a standard for any professional team.

Where is the AI? We live in an era of Artificial Intelligence capable of analyzing behavioral patterns, unnatural pathfinding, or movement repetition in a fraction of a second. Implementing a self-learning Anti-Cheat that automatically flags and bans bots should be a priority, not a fantasy.

2. Lack of Trust
   The passivity in fighting illegal software breeds increasingly loud and disturbing suspicions among us, the players. Since nothing has changed for years, the community is starting to believe the worst-case scenario: that the lack of reaction is intentional.
   Frequent theories on discussion groups suggest that individuals associated with the administration may be profiting from this situation by running their own bots and selling currency on external platforms like Allegro or OLX. How else can you explain the fact that bots run on the same maps for weeks, while honest players are punished instantly for the slightest infraction? The lack of transparency and systemic blocks only reinforces our belief that the black market has silent "top-down" approval.

3. What do we demand?
   We have had enough of constant Item Shop events while the game's foundations are burning. We demand:

Investment in modern, AI-driven Anti-Cheat technology.

Transparency regarding anti-bot actions (ban statistics, status of security updates).

Real action against the black market, rather than just symbolic gestures.

Metin2 is a legend, but no legend can survive if its creators allow it to be consumed by scripts and internal corruption. It is time for concrete answers, not copy-pasted templates.

Questions for the Community Manager:

Technical Resources: What percentage of the annual Item Shop revenue does Gameforge actually invest in Anti-Cheat development versus marketing for new servers?

Automation: In the age of Machine Learning (AI), why does the bot detection process still rely primarily on manual player reports and rare GM interventions?

Internal Verification: What control mechanisms does Gameforge use to ensure that administration members are not involved in black market trading?

Efficiency: Why are bot accounts able to reach high levels and operate for days at the same coordinates, even though their movement patterns are 100% identifiable by a simple algorithm?

Legal Aspect
I would also like to point out the legal aspect – Gameforge actively promotes and sells Item Shop goods like Thief’s Gloves, EXP Rings, Crates, or "roulette" games. By selling these services, the company declares that the player will be able to use them to improve their in-game results. However, in reality, due to the total lack of bot control, honest players are unable to use the purchased goods because farming spots and Metins are occupied by bots. This is a clear case of misleading the consumer and failure to provide a paid service. You are selling us "movie tickets" to a cinema where all the seats are already taken by your friends who didn't buy a ticket.

Be advised that microtransactions are now under strict scrutiny by UOKiK and the European Consumer Centre (ECC), and I will not hesitate to escalate this matter to those institutions.

i agree but keeping servers "open for registration" and not close them like 90% of turkish servers are closed, on west closed is Germania etc is just leaving the servers at all, to let GMs work you at least want to stop the steam of new ones
now banning is... well pointless because bots create faster new platforms than GMs ban them

Good night gentlemen. I haven't played for years. My skill became M at level 19, I forgot about it. I activated P for that skill. Is there a way to revert it to M at level 17, or would it be a problem if I left it as it is? I think we give skills up to level 120.

the only way you can fix it if you reset your profession totally, you can't do it with single skill because if you did it at lvl 19 and reset SINGLE skill it will give back just 17
but if you are planning to lvl up to 120 lv then dont worry, the points are given up to this point
so you can "catch up"

normally complet of skills should be done at lv 103, so till 120 you will have extra 17 points that can compensate your loss that you can fix it and rest put in riposte or booster and dont worry if there will be no enough points for riposte or booster cuz you can learn them by just clicking the books - this way for example 18 lvl character can have 1 skill P and riposte and booster aswell because of reading the books for points - and no you can't "cheat" it like use book, gain point and use forgotten book for extra point

so if your plan is to hit 120 lv soon is np you got some points "behind"

Autohunt needs to revisited because always put pg far away to focus point. In cave2 i found my pg on other room, out of focus point. Wtf?I mean, the focus is there to keep him from moving from his predetermined point, and what does he do? Free or paid version? For paid one you Run behind Mobs if some one runs trough your room Pulling Mobs with him you Run behind the Mobs and since you keep attacking Mobs that Attack you you cant move back into your area

there are few ways, depends how you wnna have it done:
#1 way:

• in the registration page (there where you paste the code from influ) you can use same email over and over again then you will have 1st account named after your email and then next one will be like the name + numbers + TG at the end
  #2 way:
• each time you wanna add new account with new code you can change your email before to the platform and use it this way (KEEP IN MIND THE EMAIL CHANGE IS NOT WORKING NOW)
  so you can redeem the code as for example juhi1@mail then change for juhi2@mail etc so your account names will be in order you wanna to have

• the servers that are left open are still hit by huge bot waves that makes the game unplayable, unstable, etc
• email, password etc. change emails doesn't come
• people have issue after purchase the pass for paid servers

Gameforge looging at the problem:

it's funny (not) i had to pay some good amount of won for eq, lots of dragon coins for exp ring, costumes, autohunt, real money for electrocity bill to try to exp in grotto last 2 days
where to hundreds 95+ naked bots doing just fine there one shotting the spots 👍

from the official info we heard there were 40k accounts banned yet we, players sees no difference, it's even 10x worse so i suppose there is still 100k+ platforms made on Polska server if not more
the maps are huge mess, you can't do a thing being under lvl 95 yet we starting to notice more and more bots entering ohao temple with 100+ lvls
