We're now past the fifth day; posts in other communities are also pointing in the same direction. However, an announcement from the company stating at least, “We are aware of the issues some players are experiencing and are working on this matter,” would both alleviate players' concerns and prevent a large number of tickets from being opened, thereby reducing the workload on staff.

Since the maintenance last week (I believe it was on the 28th), there have been many issues with "red bans" and accounts getting temporarily locked out. Let me explain the situation for me and my friends: we farm keys on the Ice Map and use several characters to check where the boss has spawned.
Ever since that maintenance, we can usually check Channel 1 fine, but the moment we try to switch to Channel 3, all our clients crash with an error message saying that we cannot connect to server. This can’t keep happening. I’ve played this game for a very long time, and I remember clearly what happened a few years ago with the massive ban wave caused by the anti-cheat. I really hope this isn't the start of another crisis like that.
The game itself practically forces players to keep multiple accounts online and switch channels quickly just to be able to farm effectively. I hope this problem gets resolved quickly for the sake of the entire Metin community.

@light osprey I would like to ask a question : regarding this topic i, as a lot of friends, have the red bar issue caused by - it says - sharing account with other guys who had problems. Even if this share has been made in the past ( for me its like 16 months ago). We are all deeply sorry for that error, but on many forum even the member staff always told us that sharing means loosing support, not permaban. Did something changed about that and why no one was notified?
