Dear Gameforge Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to let you know that me as an individual found THE critical issue affecting server performance on Flash server. It appears that some players are using exploits or modified clients to kill massive numbers of mobs instantly (using HACKS) without adhering to normal game mechanics like attack cooldowns or limits.

This behavior generates excessive server traffic and processing, which significantly impacts performance and creates conditions resembling a DDoS attack. Legitimate players are experiencing lag, login issues, and overall degraded gameplay as a result.

To address this, I recommend investigating server logs for suspicious activity (e.g., abnormally high mob kills or packet generation) and implementing measures such as:

Server-side caps on mob interactions or kills.
Add more staff to manualy ban the Hackers.
Anti-cheat systems to detect and block such exploits.

you do realise it's not the fault of admins and it's the fault of gameforce, admins are here to make the game user friendly and hackers free, that doesn't mean if you ask a GM to ban someone they are gonna do it, they need to make a full documentation and send it to the supervisors a.k.a gameforce to take actions

besides that, check for viruses on your computer, If you downloaded something without a licence in services, on every game it will show up as a Hack or malware, that s why GF detects it, simply fill a ticket with some screens of services tab and wait a while, it should fix the problem

I know, and I feel u trust me, you wouldn't make a fool of yourself by using hacks if you've got so much value on the account, you do realise that and I also realise that without knowing you, but all I am saying is that you need to make a ticket towards GF itself with as much proof as possible (task manager-> services, download tabs and other tabs which can potentially show services that run on your computer) so they can see you are not using any hack and indeed might be a malware, trust me it will fix the problem but you're gonna have to wait unfortunately

Even do a windows reinstall after the problem is fixed, so you are 100% sure there is no malware on your pc anymore, and always use the windows defender instead of shitty ass programs, as they don't fully intercept malware, and watch out for anything you re downloading, even photos can have malware inserted in them...

so the red bar might also happen because you have a Dynamic IP over your router, it's normal as GF has a checker to see the location every time you connect, so if in 2 weeks you are connecting with 20 different IP's over the globe ofc it's gonna give you the red bar, I always use the flushdns setting over the router & doing an internal clear on the admin page and It works with no problems after one hour of doing so..
