I didn’t mean the discord channel. I meant the game. The spams are from the same users and they are automated. They do this periodically like 1 min interval. Even if the GMs or the responsible ones check the game chat for 5 min they will see at least 5 spams from different users.

I misread sorry, it follows the same principle though if an GM is online ingame I think banning bots that actually are taking away farm spaces has a higher priority than a „harmless“ chat spammer.
And as much bots as there are sadly, they won’t even have the capacity to ban the chat spammers idk tho only my guess

Come onn, why every single answer start with an attacking to me? First of no it’s not. You are saying we should ignore them, this is not solution also not helping. I am a software engineer and it’s really easy to search some patterns on text. It’s not so hard to find texts that their context related with restricted stuff. I am not saying find a guy and make him monitor 7/24 chat. It’s possible to do something for cheating, bots, spams etc. That’s very important for keeping the mmo game enjoyable. At least please suggest something positive, don’t say forget about that

it happens with the accounts that i had logged in ch5 in iberia and that went down randomly
with other accounts that i haven't logged today, i can enter but not on ch5*
if we try to log on ch5, the login process gets stuck and we can't log on ch5 and neither on any other channel

@drifting crystal can you guys take a look on this please, so many people facing the same problem and I guess this is global. loggin in then logging out on some channels bugs that character and you won't log in again on any channel on the spesific servers. it happens on Bagjanamu for Türkiye
