It depends. With some people it helps to just not touch the game for 2-3 days. And then try to login again, others need to actually contact the support to get help and others are just banned and there won’t be any fix

Guys WHITE SCREEN FIX - I found a solution, at least for me. You need close metin2 client, restart your router leave it off for 20 seconds and power it on again, After that i connected to the game and i can see the rewards.
