IS6 is all about farming collectibles and at the current point (in dlc1) you can quite easily on average farm enough collectibles to one cycle each of boss phases with any good damage dealer
Do stuff like clearing the entire Bosky (Sui Remnant Consciousness) while prioritizing the fights , use shops as much as possible, prioritize combats ect you will get like 40+ collectibles that will make most of the combats ridiculously easy (even the Bosses)

Idk about d12 (I am playing on d15 all the time, even for badges) but if you don't limit yourself with any bans this one is very easy and consistent although unlike IS5 is not comfortable to speedrun so it takes some time

In my is6 runs, I kinda had no idea how to path, and mostly just took to route to avoid combat after F1 shop rob. It's way more than enough for ending 1 but I'd imagine I need more combats to scale for the other endings.

Using Wis summons to bait them was probably the only real solution to that
Delaying the bosses on map3 is quite problematic
Also for future attempts try to draft some good True damage dealer (Kal, M3, Amiya Caster). Boss defensive stats are very high so True damage is the reliable option
Also there is one trick on map3 I forgot to mention earlier. Generally Amiya has two separated timers for tile banning ability (one in phase 1 and second in phase 2). If you want to buy more time you should phase amiya after she starts banning tiles because this will restart the ability timer (if you kill her early the timers will just overwinter itself)
Also I am not sure whether it was clear (sorry if it wasn't) you can kill the mini bosses on map3, they don't affect the timers
