Why is there a requirement for Talons of Hatred/Doodle of Hope? :o

also i copied rules from CN tournaments; most of them require players to get either talons of hatred or [DLC1 spoilers] ||lamp of wishes (new relic)|| from fated encounter

there's a quite big difference in score when you have talons vs without it, because you can spam emergencies (+30 base score in D15)
but it takes a while to learn because you need to destroy spines, learn which stages have naturally occuring spines, and manage spending plans properly

For new players it looks like this is used for discussions, for challenge enjoyers it looks like there are no tournaments recently since it get flooded easily. I do agree that you did a lot recently, there isn't as many bots or spam like before. And for some reason I thought #tournament was in the info board as I thought it belonged there, but it's not so it makes sense that this is a discussion channel. Calling it messy was wrong, but I believe that it would be nice to have easier access to the past and future tournaments (even pinned, most people probably don't look there)

Registration is now open for Kazdel Kasino 2, a team-based IS5: Sarkaz's Furnaceside Fables tournament hosted by IS Central. Players earn money by completing objectives during their runs, then convert this money into placement points using a gacha simulator at the end. The top 8 teams proceed to Round 2; the final placement is also leaderboard-based.

About the event:

• 3 player teams - with a twist. Player 3 plays at Difficulty 18, while Players 1 and 2 choose difficulties so the total across all three is 48.
