I just beat it using units you own. I just used top right (dp generator and mountain, swap dp gen to SA) and bottom right you place saikiko. Healers you use silence and ptilposis. All you do is spam saikiko ability till it kills everything and use crowd control ability like SA for top right.

Definitely not the easiest way but I tried to do beat it withoutever placing a unit inside the boss's range
