Round 3: Refresh 1/2 times and buy the best dps operator you can, otherwise buy a defender or same as Round 1
Round 4: Upgrade Barge, reroll and freeze if there's good dps ops/arts
Round 5: Refresh 1 time and buy the two best dps operators you can, otherwise buy a defender or same as Round 1
Round 6: Upgrade Barge, reroll and freeze if there's good dps ops/arts, if you roll ulpianus or a T5 support unit, sell two of your ops to buy them
Round 7-9: Keep rerolling once per stage and prayge for ulpianus or T5 support unit, if necessary sell your earlier ops (aside from your defender if possible) to buy T5 carries—if those units are wisadel and logos be sure to grab Standard Sniper Scope/Chunk of Ice (Miniature Accelerator as well if you get this)/Originium Solvent for Wisadel, Standard Caster Wand/Miniature Accelerator/Laser Sighter for Logos, or Strong Tea/Battlefield Analyzer/Orirock Dagger/Dirk/Hardtack for both
Round 10+: If you're still alive, that means you probably have enough DPS by now, so upgrade your barge one last time and start farming T5/T6 ops, be sure to check the enemies strategies and determine if that means you have to change your playstyle (i.e. if they have scaling defense, focus on casters or to change your positioning to better fight certain bosses at Round 12+)
