I'm stuck on the second Tallulah fight.this is my line up, and I've been able to beat her second phase once.
I first put lumen on the lower left square of the peninsula facing up, Ines to catch the bears, then mountain on the square by Tallulah spawn on the other path to catch the other side of enemies. Then myrtle to the right of him. Then I get bloody table set up(naran s3 and warfarin s2) and deal phase 1. I Then use gladia and lap for the casters that spawn and then I just try and kill tall and survive.

JT8-3 basically you need to survive ignition, the crossfire explosion, and the fireballs. There are 2 techniques to counter them:
- The FRDs technique like this #strategy message. Basically you bait the ignitions with 2 FRDs every 20 secs (Talulah's cooldown is 19 secs), and then retreat. No ignited operators = no crossfire explosion. The fireballs damage can also be shared with your FRDs later.
- The constant healing technique like this #strategy message and this #strategy message. Basically you use Nightingale's RES buff to survive ignition, crossfire explosion, and fireballs.

there's quite a handful of clears im really happy with, but tbh the contenders for my best are probably frostleaf is3 solo, RS-8 badknights or jesselton annihilation no stun devices + no melee tiles + physical dmg only + no chalter s3 (back in the days)
although ngl h9-4 vanguardknights blew me away

Reed Cinder is 20% (w/o pots) and Qani is 30%

Has 1k hps on herself (S3), then jump to 2 other allies

Its a pretty decent heal
Shu S3 has 1.1k hps in comparison and is single target
So hps-wise she still loses to Shu slightly but total healing amount is > Shu thanks to her archetype

i kill him below red box on his first loop around
if you let him finish looping then now you’ll have to hold 3 lanes AND kill the boss
ideally you kill him before he can break the boxes
just make sure you remember which tiles he can hit while you kill him and which tiles are safe from casters while you kill them
i bring ethan to bind him since you can’t block him

His blink has CD. His Dodge don't work while blocked. You can bait blink before 2 red boxes and try to burst him right after. Or blink after red boxes and burst then but in that case he will AoE hit high ground. At least from what I recall/assume. I personally Fartooth him 30 times 
otherwise he’ll start attacking ethan and his aoe will stun your other troops
ya his aoe is pretty deadly
blink does have cd but he’s not especially tanky so i just brute force through his dodge (true damage also works, CE propaganda)

Ines > Lancet on Fire Tile > Elysium > Light the furnace near Ines > Warf on Fire tile on the furnace below Ines > Shining > Mylnar next to the furnace > Light the Furnace next to Mylnar > Cuora > Degen > Typhon > change Ines to Ulpianus (Hoe) > place Lappland facing down > Place Shu (Saria) on Fire tile

You can do IS with E1 operators. Any E2 operator you borrow will be E2 as well

P.S. The Reconstructor decays. Healing the Reconstructor fills up her Offensive Recovery SP bar.

+15~20% Atk and +56~61 Aspd while enjoying Shu/Eyja level of burst heal.

Not that she stays alive forever. She just has 7k HP when S3 is active. If enemy hits her for that amount of damage she still dies (and returns to her initial position).
Her initial Medic form only has 2k HP and thats pretty fragile for hard contents like high diff IS (thats one or two taps).
But I can imagine some creative use with her
For example
You deploy her for 7k HP, gets killed
With Initial SP Relics, quickly redeploy her for 7k HP again on that same tile
So thats perma tanking
With infinite Gravel effect.
Still has to wait for 15 secs rock cooldown but thats not a big deal. Gravel is also 15ish secs cooldown.

if you have modblocks lying around, getting rosmontis to lv60 and getting her is module might help quite a lot
beyond that, just try to learn solutions for specific stages and use them again when possible. wis'adel + your other starters should handle floor1 fairly easily, in which time you could promote her or gather more units to block depending on your voucher luck
Are you failing the same stage again and again? At that difficulty Wis with some relics and other Ops are enough to win.

its good to set longterm plans of which operators you Need to have drafted by certain floors/bosses, but it often works to just respond reactively to which vouchers you end up getting
erudite/soul escort feel kinda bad to me. improvisation is fun

not at all imo. wis'adel/tinman/beanstalk feels consistent to me, and getting plans early doesnt feel like a huge priority
for reference im not the most efficient player ever but a d15 doodle run takes ~20-25 min while a talon run takes ~1.5 hours
will say gummy/click start is probably better for most situations though
i can usually crank out talon runs in ~45mins but doodle runs are still much faster

the issue is that wis/tin is really inconsistent to draft at d15 but they're not there yet
because with doodle you are avoiding every fight possible
with talon you're taking all fights possible

For a d15 run I usually just focus on getting Encs on F1 for Doodle/Talon and Shrivels, then look for Wis upgrade voucher at RT by the end of F1.

I didnt know about cc effects being applied first before damage, I just knew Ulpi and Wis S3 almost never miss. This was extremely useful for stages with Deathveil Assassins my alt did just a few days ago.

Mon3tr has great cycle and she has the redeploy mechanic like Ulpi, thats broken in IS
Mon3tr has a summon, and her summon decays over time. When you deploy her summon, Mon3tr will always have a target for healing, and that 15 SP Cost Offensive Recovery will end up faster than most Auto Recovery skills.

In IS with Initial SP Relics, 15 SP Cost is easily filled. Since she redeploys herself like Ulpi, the Initial SP Relics will trigger everytime she does so. With a skill Duration of 25 secs and a summon cooldown of 15 secs, she ended up doing True Damage 24/7
And I find that to be super awesome

just bring all of your 6* ops and you should clear every stage first try
1-6 are easy asf, 7 just use FRD like yat2 s2 or sexas s2 to break the VTE before the weeb picks it up or just kill him with like 5 dps units, 8 just kill rosmo until her third phase as fast as possible then throw bodies at her until she dies (or use CE/Amiua true damage since she only has 65k hp but 90% DR)
