the fact that the mechs stayed just out of reach of a lot of my front line (and out of reach from texalter) meant that they eventually wore down my front line

this is the map for Water and Fire Union, you can see that the first Pompeii waits 50 sec on each of the top 3 tiles, and generally you'll want to kill it while it's at the top because if it moves down it can seriously hurt your defenses
