if the difference is lower than 8.8% (5% fac + 2.5% * 1.55 proviso mult tp), it's more worth to just e2 either iris or czerny and throw them in a dorm

you can use quartz for the time being instead of underflow, should be slightly better until you e2 underflow

mayer and warmy do need e2 but honestly for those 2 prob not worth since you'll probably get someone better to replace them anyways

I'd just use a 25% in their place instead

justice knight isnt worth it, since it locks you out of greyy alter and also is straight up not worth running in most cases

the -10% pp (compared to a 20% pp worker) is basically equivalent of the 5% fac you gain on wildmane if you use the drones on a factory
if you use the drones on a tp with proviso, the 10% pp value is greater than the 5% fac value

Doing 36hr/12hr rotations is the normal thing since you can basically rotate every 12hr daily no problem.

If you try to maximize dorm tho for 243 that means they only rest for 6hr and that would lead to complications when you rotate since it will be 36hr/6hr meaning it's gonna change when you rotate daily so the tendency for optimized 243 is to run 16hr/4hr/4hr rotation for consistent time when you rotate ops.
