Leizi has three great Skills with very different uses compared to Mlynar and can apply Frighten which is rather helpful. Plus she is in Take Off when off-skill which makes her immune to essentially all ground enemies.
On the other hand Mlynar is not terrain dependent like Leizi (whose range expansion on S2 is blocked by high-ground tiles and S3 wants tight spaces for current bounces) and has added True Damage. His Taunt can also be helpful in a lot of situations.
