also im sorry but this article is deeply misleading, i went back to recheck their math
1st graph - looks good, until you realize mon3tr s1 is already close to haruka s2 in terms of raw healing modless. you arent using s1 when you need more than simple afk healing so buffs to this are pretty inconsequential. also, they ignore haruka's sanctuary which is a pretty questionable decision
in all comparisons regarding mon3r's s3, it ignores the fact that her hps is so absurdly high on skill already that gains to it are minimal in value, mon3tr herself takes priority for aggro so ranged pressure decreases greatly and once again, her healing is already close to haruka modless at a bit over 1100 hps ST and close to 1200 with mod1
im not even gonna bother with the group healing s3 comparison
the damage gains from mod1 also constitutes half of the gains from mod3 at +7% by mod1 versus +6.5% by mod3 for a total of +14.1%, this calculation also assumes you have her reconstruct down next to her at all times which is not a realistic assumption
the +atk% increase from mod2/3 is not only diluted by her existing +15% atk buff but also by how the majority of the damage roster already has innate +atk% in their kit

Your take on Mon3tr skill prio also makes sense, S2 is simply better for most gen content while S3 is better for higher diff content as well as some general stages (those that need true damage, etc)

That said I'm not sure what you mean by "damage gains from mod1" since she only gets the +atk from levels 2 and 3. I'm not fully confident my math is right but it seems like mod3 is a substantial improvement for s2 assuming Mon3tr is next to her reconstruction and has 3 target ops to heal (~40% increase in total group healing on skill for mod3 compared to ~16% increase for mod1)

mon3tr hps to one target is therefore 687/1.83 = 375 (mod1) or 778/1.83 = 425 (mod3)
she heals a total of 3 targets in addition to the reconstruct, therefore:
375 hps (1st target, herself) + 375 * 0.85 (2nd target) + 375 * 0.85^2 (3rd target) = 964 * 2 (s2 effect) = 1928 (mod1)
425 + 425 (mod3 effect) + 425 * 0.85 = 1211 * 2 = 2422 (mod3)
difference in 3 target hps is 494 representing a gain of 25.6% from mod1

my issue with the module upgrades is that medics kinda have really diminishing returns with further upgrades to their hps especially to burst healing skills

with dps operators killing a boss faster is always good, but with medics, past a certain point you're just impervious to damage that doesnt oneshot

Looks good to me in general. I went with E2 60 stats so some small differences are expected there (and why I didn't want to share my calcs, lol). More semantics than anything but Mon3tr doesn't need a bounce back to get the ASPD buff, she gets it when she (or the reconstruction) heals a target

And yeah I agree that it's mostly just better burst group healing, but if someone needs that they can probably make the call to mod3 her themselves rather than a general recommendation

The Skystriders don’t fall where I expect. In my very first run they fell close to each other so my Utage could clear the debris. But on subsequent auto clears, they fall too far away from each other for Utage to deal with herself, and that one change snowballs into a whole bunch of inconsistencies
