even if only to bring all the team to e1 lv40/50 you need like 80k lmd for each operator (800k lmd only for that), add there the cost of some e2 6* and it's easily an extra 500k lmd for each one
by the time they will do all this there is basically no chance Ifrit will be the best operator to e2 since Wang banner isn't that far off
obv for specific raising recommendation it needs to go case by case and seeing their roster is still the best way to check if an hypotetical e2 ifrit would be best

and just talking about Ifrit performance, if you need her to kill things afk you don't need to e2 her since the dps difference isn't significant (goes from like 480 to 600 dps with minimal gains from talent), I'd rather save lmd and exp for other ops
