I dont want to give bad advise but it just would require you to do some side stories. I would assume you have mounthly card. With it and not doing any side stories you'll have 230 pulls (i added 57), around 30 from $50 pack, also 38 from yellow cert shop (when you pull a lot you will get a lot of yellow certs). Basically you have it right now without playing side stories.
On Kal2 banner 168 pulls more. Doing the same math it turns out you'll just have to do only a couple of side stories (asssuming each one is like 60 levels = 20 pulls)

Both Mod for thorns are pretty comparable just depends if you want backloaded or frontloaded dmg. But it's best to just not use him frfr. Personally prefer Salt n Sand module though yeah. It's like good for general use

Thorns module 1 makes him makes his poison stronger and normal hits do 10% arts dmg and he other one is similar but less buff to the poison and it makes him inflict 10% of dmg as nervous impairment
