Having seeing some videos Kalter just seems like a decent unit, S2 damage is comparable to Kaltsit S3 and Monster S3, a bit lower or higher depending on the context. And it all depends on whenever if you are able to make good use of her S3 or not.

Also her S3 doesn't seems to be a good standalone healing skill because of high 70SP cost.
