Well, the issue with that is that gladiia is not a good unit
So you're basically -1 team slot, -1 deployment slot, and -dp in every stages, for 30 DR and 3% regen for ulpi ( for an e2 90 ulpi offskill, that's 210 hps, which really isn't much)
Those numbers are not good enough to justify using gladiia over a medic, idk why that's pushed so damn hard, when a lot of units are filling the same role easily for ulpi, while being useful for other ops, and usually being either already raised, or not as expensive as an e2 60 mod3 6*

The best thing you can do for Sakiko is pair her with Mon3tr because Mon3tr and Sakiko have cycles that line up well, and Mon3tr's ASPD buffing helps Sakiko get her skill back online.
