If you just started, e2ing pram might not be the best idea, plenty of resource sinks in the early game, like base, baseslaves, e1 50 team etc
Pram is decent at e1, and rushing e2s can be detrimental

Should you get enough copies, and she will get shined, increased her stats.

Also, with same currency, you can also buy items which does special things like stat increases, adding new effects like Cold on attack, etc., or you can upgrade the shop, which grant more and frequently high-tier ops and items.
Also you can refresh (for gold) the shop or freeze it (the offers will still remains after round ends).

she's fine. s2 is really good in buff enviroments with aspd and or (offensive recovery) sp regen. s3 is good outside those situations. her damage is quite decent for a welfare but her main think is slow. i really like her slow and the fragile is kinda nice
