Start with E2 SL7 for SA2, Logos and LappyAlt. Then Hoshi2 Mod lv2 (or 3).

SA2 first, since you don't have an agent leveled already. Then the others in any order you want. Whoever you like using the most can get masteries first. SA2 S2 works fine without masteries.

Mantra is also good, but I think you already have enough arts DPS. Though, Mantra S3 and Trag S3 make for a pretty fun combo, so I say raise her at some point.

Consider Ray as well, though she's pretty similar in role to Lemon.

Your goal should never be to spark. Get the rate-ups and call it good. If you get both rate-ups AND you're like 20-30 pulls away from 200/300 THEN spark.

If you get both rateups after like 100 pulls it's absolutely 100% NOT worth sparking.

If you keep pulling after getting both rateups you're just going to get Chen3/Wang dupes. And dupes aren't worth 30-60 pulls.
