Sparking requires to spend 300 pulls in a single banner (let's lower that to 276 since 24 pulls are free). When you keep pulling in a limited banner you have a 70% chance to get one of the featured ops, so inevitably you'll keep getting the same two operators' dupes (which are mostly useless in this game, you don't need them to make the op function).
Ideally you could have spent these 276 pulls in like 4/5 banners to get different operators that fulfill different roles and different needs, whereas with pulling on that limited banner till the 300 cap you are losing the chance to get a new operator since you'll keep getting dupes of operators you already have.

Also you get like between 300 and 400 pulls every 6 months, you are basically forcing yourself to skip everything only to spark an old operator. Especially for newbies, skipping 6 months of pulling to get one single unit that can be borrowed whenever you want is bad, they should instead aim to pull different banners to fill the roles and gaps in their roster

Pull Recommendations

Both units on the banner are really good, and the banner is worth your pulls.

Silverash the Reignfrost (or Silverash2) is one of the best vanguards in the game. He has some really good DP generation, utility, and self-sustain that will make him a staple in many teams and the main vanguard to use for a while. Both his S2 and S3 are used, but which of the two is better will depend on the context (see later for mastery recommendations).

Pramanix the Prerita, on the other hand, is one of the best Arts DPS in the game with her S2, while also being the AFK unit in the game. There is not much to say except that she has extremely consistent numbers and is really easy to use for the average player.

Building Recommendations

• Silverash2 (S3M3 > S2M3)
  If you're new, you should consider using and raising S3 first since it has better gains compared to S2 (which can already be used comfortably at skill level 7). One of the main reasons for this is that S2's performance is more reliant on your roster, and newbies tend to lack operators that have good synergy with this specific skill. If you're a veteran, just do both S3M3 and S2M3 and stop being poor.

• Pramanix2 (S2M3, Mod3)
  S2 is her main skill and what she is known for. Her other skills have seen niche usage, but if you're aware of them, you certainly don't need to read this guide. For her module, Mod2 has the greatest gains by decreasing the snow spawn time (from 5.5s to 5s), making it deal more damage, and providing better movement speed reduction, letting enemies stay in range longer so Pramanix2's S2 can deal more damage. Mod3 lets you start with 1 stack of snow on all available tiles in Pramanix2's range, making it huge, but it can be postponed if you lack module blocks and have other high-priority modules to do (you should still do it sooner or later).

Should I pull for Silverash2 if I already own Ines?

Ines and Silverash2 have different usages, and owning one doesn't mean the other won't be useful. In the end, they fulfill different jobs and will shine in different contexts; don't consider them to be in direct competition.

I already got Silverash2 (or Pramanix2), should I keep pulling for the other?

Yes, both units are powerful, and ideally, you want to get both. Remember that throughout the event you will get roughly 50 to 60 pulls considering all sources, so even if you lack pulls now, you'll have plenty to get in the coming weeks. The only thing I'd avoid is going broke for this single banner, but honestly, in the coming months, there aren't that many banners worth pulling on anyway.

Aren't Wang/Chen the Dawnstreak coming?

Yes, but they won't be here for a while. Limited banners are generally spaced 3 months apart from each other, and during these months, you should be able to easily get 200+ pulls by the time Wang/Chen arrive. Also, we should soon get the new Celebration banner in CN, so stay tuned for more banner priority recommendations.

There's no limit on how many points per-day to be clear. The daily is just a one time bonus of 200 points per day or something.

It's there so you can complete the pass without grinding a TON of maps in a row.

If you're trying to farm mats without spending sanity head to IS or RA, both of those side modes offer a lot of one time rewards at no sanity cost.

If you're trying to complete module missions, you'll have to use Heart of Surging Flame.
