For now, just focus on sa2/pram2/wang/chen3 and wait for what CN is cooking next
I've been farming oru with monthly card for a year or so, and it ended up being around 5-6 pulls a month in average, maybe a bit more depending on event schedules
The ops that are locked behind kernel, you should buy with certs instead, and that's only if you care for "high end" content

Damage isn't all there is to the skill, and dorothy as a trapmaster is miles better with modx, it's not even close
Better map control, versatility, and a full free trap is better than just one with increased damage here and there
