but also alternatives dont take away from how strong they are
ascalon functions very well for control but wont do shit for damage past early-mid game
logos is great in general, until you tackle high end, where his usage drops off a cliff
mon3tr is essential to some of the stuff she enables
but at the same time very few people use mon3tr to her full potential anyways and she turns into a buff bot
she also rarely appears in some places and is always used in other places
its literally impossible to rank these operators unless you shrink your scope down further, this is why tier lists are impossible for this game
if you're asking if shes worth building? 100% yes, is she worth certing? probably

for most people, mon3tr will be reserved for buffing atkspd on s2, and they might pull her out sometimes for true damage stuff, all of this is still very good and useful dont get me wrong
for a very small minority of people the way her kit works with offensive recovery, aoe true damage + healing + tanking means that she shows up in stuff like max risk CC (responsible for 37/42 kills in ccb4), the highest end of is5 (priority draft for every squad), and apparently is6 as well
theres no other operator that does her job as well as she can but the job is so far beyond the scope of a normal player's repertoire and is so specific to certain scenarios that i really dislike factoring it into her assessment

to elaborate more on the ascalon situation, shes a very good certing candidate, id ask here again when she appears in the shop because she will likely be surrounded by a lot of good banners and certing targets as well

Specifically for IS5 you’re stacking attack speed to the point using S2 is meaningless you’ll heal someone to max reguardless and instead you can use her true damage to bypass some of the ridiculous resist scaling of the bosses at the highest difficulty (she also won’t die due to self sustain)

generally the same couple of strategies for a clear solved by using different operators
when people start optimizing it down further it narrows down further but honestly going further than simply max risk is a waste of time
for example the current low ops max risk record of ccb4 took a collaboration between two of the largest strategy groups in CN the full duration of the event on CN and on EN servers, plus the 6 months in between

It’s also gimmick dependent, cc3 was possible with like weedy and gladiia, this past cc4 was more involved but you could still clear it using stuff like welfare radian and a handful of other ops for the max rewards. If you want to see how crazy it can get you can look up max score playthroughs of it though
