without the 2 skill activations you lose 29% of her damage, its a significant chunk especially since if you're using a group to nuke a target its unlikely that your offtargets will survive all 9 trag procs
not worth bringing additional ops to enable it but if you're able to easily trigger it with stuff like leizialt/sash/frds then you should

on the other hands, losing trag kills 9 procs and results in a bricked skill
