3. it still halt your progression, you will need resources to build your newly got operators. This is really bad for newbies since they don't even have a full squad of built e2

s3 suffers from the usual primal caster things, needing another one to enable it. The dmg is kinda context dependant and needs Trag s3, high ceiling but you'd rather use Trag s2 + another meta operator. Like Nymphturia, it works but nth more
