well agents need to hit stuff to generate dp, but their s1 are limited by time, so the total amount of dp generated can be less if your aspd is reduced by something.
cantabile s2 is ammo based so this doesnt happen.
this also means that s1 dp generation can be buffed with aspd (common in some gamemodes) which makes it extremely good
