Hallo! New player here. I was wondering if the character rarity is particularly important. From what I could see, stats wise 4-6 stars aren't really far apart from each other. And, you know, from what I've heard people are saying that pretty much anything from within that range is viable, so I don't need to just look for high-rarity ops and instead gotta just focus on what the ops actually do. How true is that? Are high-rarity ops much better than lower rarity ones?
