And the Band is much much stronger than anything that isn't a straight up 6* purely because of how they abuse Fever with Saki. Unless you're telling me that a newbie can get a full team of 6* right away to make the Band redundant.

And even then, the good banner to pull on is SA2 in like 2-3 months
Depending on how lucky they are, they can get maybe 2-3 new 6* to add to their roaster, so the Band still have a place in it even after 3 months, since even if they get other lower rarity they're still much worse than the Band
Next good banner is another 2-3 6* get added, Band still have a place, lower rarity still have much performance than the Band. It will take a long time for the Band to be replaced depending on your luck, as literal 6* are the only ones replacing them, and even then i would still say the Band is better than some of 6*, Fever is just a very strong Mechanic

And Pull wise, A fresh account will have tons of pulls from Side Story and the banner they will pull on are Limited, so it has tons of pulls for free too
