tequila has -0.25morale/hr but in my trading post it only says -0.1, I think if you're seeing -0.25 for everybody then it's working on everybody, and if it's just that op it won't show up in trading post's morale consumed/hr info
edit: you can also test by going into Overview in base (where you setup presets) and clicking the TP with the operator in it, and seeing if their time until exhausted lines up with the other ops

Since you started yesterday your account is below lvl 20, so you get options to borrow units of 100+ levels who have everything (not the case after level 20)
And if you lack something to upgrade units enough, there's IS6 and other things that don't require sanity which you can farm for XP and LMD rewards to get your units up to get through SS-5 before event finishes!
