They're both "Boss" Killers but Vina's true dmg fair much better against them than Surtr's Arts
Survivability isn't that of an issue since she inflicts Frighten on block, which prevents the enemies from attacking

• kafka: matters entirely for her s2 damage output and nothing else. completely inconsequential for s1, so probably a skip for most
• kirara: ambusher x base effect is always good (even if in retrospect kiraras kit mightve preferred y). boosts her hp regen by a significant amount so i think its worth mod3 if you actually use her for her intended purpose of being a staller stationed away from your defenses
• mr. nothing: reduces talent charge time, which enables permastun if you let exualt s2 steal his aspd. lv3 if you want to mess around with that, otherwise just lv1 for the dp qol
• robin: i want to shill lv3 for letting the camouflage duration make her even more self-sufficient than she usually is, theres been instances where the difference mattered between stationing her with an actual medic or just letting passive regen do the job, like in is or running her with civ.eterna
• snowsant: ts is so ass 🥹 silence duration against slugs is worthless and lv1 only exists if youre coping her a dps unit gladiia style
• tin man: talent upgrade numbers just arent good enough. stick to lv1 for skill uptime
• waai fu: lv1 for the dp is good. upgrades are worthless for similar reasons as snowsant
• brigid: base effect is good, extra atk raises her dph threshold a bit. lv3 is worth if you like her (or play perroknights )
• insider: talent is potentially huge for lateranoknights, only held back by an rng check lemuen mod doesnt have to deal with. lv3 is worth playing with for the niche
• harold: yawn 1
• warfarin: yawn 2

Depending on which IS the missions are very simple. For IS 6 you're just spamming an op 10 times, over the course of multiple starts is fine. For IS3 it's just floor 2 or 3 which is barely any time to build up anyways

Hoederer is the big winner with the release of IS5 DLC1 and 2. He is extremely strong on any team, and Sniper/Medic is no exception. He can solo one of the phases of Quilon, hold any lane, solve map 2 of ED5, and solo Amiya on map 3. This makes him extremely strong and useful. However, none of these roles are needed for Sniper/Medic since we have operators to burst down Quilon and Amiya. He significantly alleviates the pressure of decision-making though and can compensate for weaker relics. He’s also resistant to the epochs that standard Sniper/Medic picks are weakest to, such as Oddities and Sufferings. He is probably the draft you want the most out of all the luxury picks.

Just do both the pass tends to give 50k lmd but only if you normally complete a whole run which takes time the monthly’s are fast but less lmd I believe also can only be done once for rewards

You can definitely make that much in 2 days grinding IS it will just take a lot of grinding 🥀, you’ll get a ton of other resources and mats too so it’s not all bad
