the #1 way to get lmd is by a decent base. With a good enough base you should at least do 50k lmd a day amounting to 1.5 milion per month, enough to e2 two whole 6*
if you need to rush it in order of time spent per lmd it would be:

1. RA2 shop, takes only 6 hours of glowstick farm to get like 1M lmd
2. IS5 with blueprint method, I'd say 25/30 hrs give or take to finish milestone rewards using blueeprint squad at d10
3. the other ISs but it will take an enormous amount of time to complete milestone reward, I'd avoid playing IS with the idea of arming milestone rewards
