under optimal use of hoshi2, surtr and hoshi2 shouldnt overlap in their usage. hoshi2 can do surtr's niche but surtr cant cosplay a hoshi2. better to just keep hoshi2 for what she's good and use her as a high damage good ranged damage dealer like logos and keep surtr to being redeployed when needed

haruka is good for the game as a whole and surtr is good but there's a decent amount of units who do more damage than her nowadays. saria is alright but since shu's arrival, she doesnt see nearly as much usage. mountain is just fine but can do well enough at e1. irene is ehhhhhhhh. degen does her job significantly better and even then there's better options than degen
