Tbh, I keep the Caster if I want to Krill bosses.
Sword is good for buffing allies while Medic is good for heaing them while also dealing damage.
The downside on both is that their Skill 2 is a one time use only skill unlike the Caster Skill 3 where she can use skill again(Though she may need to be deployed again to use it)

Other than that, Medic Amiya is really great.
