Entelechia has a good niche in dealing with hitcount-based enemies because of the good AoE her S2 provides. S3 is also an interesting gimmick to get around damage reduction but not as good as operators specializes in true damage.

Hoshi's banner is "better" because Hoshi and haruka are really good (and you can get limited off banner), i'd say she is slightly worse then leizi alter but she is a defender and has other niches like making your units and herself invincible for some time, she is also a damage sponge (and she also does a lot of damage for a defender). Leizi banner's is just herself and the 5*.

Leizi S1 is a good raise imo, Trag S3 + Leizi S1 can stall even the greatest threats. Not sure when you might need it, but atleast Leizi S1 useful in IS

Exia S3 can also be useful sometimes, recently used in vector breakthrough. Lemuen S2 can also be raised but I feel like it's the most niche out of all others so can skip
