ptilo is mainly used for healing ability. if you look at good team comps they usually run mon3tr or eyja2 or soon to be haruka. canta and surfer are good in general and quite good for 5* but the thing is... ines. shamare is niche. very niche. there's 5*s that are niche yes but you wont generally be using them
